Ms. Head is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, Topeka Bar Association, Kansas Association of Justice, and the American Bar Association where she is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section. For a number of years, Ms. Head was a member and served as Secretary/Treasurer of the American Inns of Court, Sam A. Crow Inn of Court and served two terms as a Board Member and Secretary/Treasurer of the St. Francis Foundation.
Brenda L. Head
Brenda L. Head has been actively involved in the practice of law for more than 25 years. She graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and graduated with honors from Washburn University School of Law in 1992. Ms. Head is admitted to practice law in Kansas, in both state and federal court, and before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. Ms. Head has been a partner of the firm since 1996.
Ms. Head has considerable trial experience representing clients before state and federal district courts and administrative agencies. She focuses her practice of law on civil litigation, employment law, negligence law, products liability law, tort law, commercial law and administrative practice. Since 1992, Ms. Head has successfully represented clients before state and federal district courts, administrative agencies, the Kansas appellate courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
